Charles Amirkhanian interviews film director Godfrey Reggio and composer Philip Glass about their collaboration on the revolutionary documentary film Koyaanisqatsi. Tom Luddy of Zoetrope Films is also part of the discussion. Later in the program Amirkhanian interviews American composer Daniel Lentz about his upcoming performance as part of the San Francisco Symphony’s New and Unusual Music series. The program concludes with an interview with Ron Pellegrino during which we hear a couple of example of his electronic music.
