Description
From 1991, the first Morning Concert broadcast from the then newly built KPFA studios, Charles Amirkhanian interviews composer and conductor Howard Hersh about his music and plays a selection of his compositions. Amirkhanian then devotes the rest of the show to selections of music for the hurdy-gurdy, as well as works by Ralph Vaughan Williams and David Byrne.
