The Turkish phrase Özgürlük Savaşçıları stands for Freedom Fighters. Anamın Mektubu means “A Letter to my Mother”. This recording is a dub of a 2-sided cassette of revolutionary Turkish songs. According to the notes accompanying this recording, the original tape was given to a member of the “World Without Imperialism” contingent by Turkish Workers in West Germany. A few notes about the last three songs are given: Biz Türkiye’nin Kahraman Halkları – the marching song of TİKKO (the army of the TKP-ML; Communist Party of Turkey-Marxist-Leninist). «Biz, Biz, Biz...» – Another song of the TKP-ML. Enternasyonal – International march.
