From a program first broadcast on Nov. 17, 1980, a piano recital by Robin Rubenstein. The program begins with a brief introductory conversation between Rubenstein and host Charles Amirkhanian, after which is heard a number of live performances on the piano by Robin Rubenstein, interspersed with a recording of a performance by the Robin Rubenstein/Victoria Hartung piano duo, recorded Sept. 1979 at the Purcell Room of the Royal Festival Hall in London.
