New Orleans at Home in the 1920's: Phil Elwood presents thirty minutes of music performed by the New Orleans Jazz group the Halfway House Dance Orchestra. These recordings were released around 1925, when Jazz as a name was barely ten years old. Enjoy some "good time" music along with Elwood's commentary for historical context.
