Description
Two selections from a University of California Intercampus Arts Festival concert, probably recorded around 1970. This recording features two virtually unknown works by a couple of obscure, and possibly student, composers. The first work, Blake Goodall’s “Eleven Haiku,” is scored for soprano, piano, and other assorted instruments and is performed here by soloists, Carolyn Dahlgren, soprano, and Hiro Imamura, piano. The second work is “Giggling Debutante's Décolletage,” by Robert Kirkman, and features Joe Bertha on clarinet and Judith Winkler, on piano.
