Description
Terry Hawkins presents a program of traditional Christmas carols performed by a variety of famous opera singers, choirs, and orchestras. The recordings heard are of a consistent high quality and Hawkins provides valuable commentary as to the origin of many of these very familiar songs. Even those for whom Christmas may not be a religious holiday should enjoy these soaring and inspirational melodies.
