From a program recorded in 1974, Charles Amirkhanian interviews Berkeley California guitarist and composer, Robbie Bāsho. Bāsho, who died at the age of 45 in 1986, was one of the most innovative acoustic steel string guitarist of the late 20th Century. In this program Robbie introduces music from his 1974 album "Zarthus" and talks about the influence of world music in his work, as well as his interest in Native American music in particular.
