Description
This program, recorded in 1976, begins with Charles Amirkhanian playing the first three musical selections simultaneously. After this stimulating experiment with multi-tasking, Charles interviews avant-garde vocalist Joan La Barbara about her work with extended vocal techniques. She describe the various methods she employs and then plays two of her own 1975 compositions, “WARP” and “Vocal Techniques”.
