Description
Other Minds Festival 9 (OM 9) took place over four days at the Palace of Fine Arts Theatre in San Francisco from March 5th through 8, 2003. The first night of the festival was dedicated to the life and work of composer Ned Rorem, and also included a performance in tribute to Lou Harrison (OM 2, 8), who passed earlier that year. Three more days of concerts featured works by Ge Gan-ru, Jack Body, Daniel Lentz, Amy X Neuberg, William Parker, Stephen Scott, Stephan Micus, and percussionist Evelyn Glennie.
