Description
Other Minds Festival 11 (OM 11) was held again at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco, from February 24th through the 26th, 2005. Featured composers included Billy Bang, Evan Ziporyn, Maria de Alvear, John Luther Adams, Michael Nyman, Fred Frith, Charles Amirkhanian, Phil Niblock, and Daniel Bernard Roumain. The festival also payed tribute to the American composer Marc Blitzstein on the occasion of his centenary, with a forum, film screening and performance of selected works as part of the third and final concert.Del Sol String Quartet (has as performing group)
