Other Minds Presents: Eyes and Ears, the first Other Minds Film Festival, held November 8-10, 2002 at the historic Castro Theatre in San Francisco, CA. In three full days of film programming, "Other Minds examined films that illuminate the subject of avant-garde music or use sound in unexpected ways . . . "

The event included films by and about Frank Zappa, DJ Spooky, Percy Grainger, Pandit Pran Nath, George Antheil, Björk, Leon Theremin, Clara Rockmore, Terry Riley, John Adams, Morton Subotnick, Karlheinz Stockhausen, Pauline Oliveros, Lars van Trier, The Brothers Quay, Frank Scheffer, and others.
