Description
The third annual Composer-to-Composer festival was held in the mountain town of Telluride, Colorado from July 13-15, 1990. That year's guest composers included Geri Allen, Laurie Anderson, Henry Brant, Hugh Davies, Ge Gan-ru, Robert Morris, Pauline Oliveros, Larry Polansky, Roger Reynolds, I Wayan Sadra, Leo Smith, James Tenney, and Gerhard Stäbler. The festival was led by co-directors John Lifton and Charles Amirkhanian. Censorship and artistic freedom was the predominant topic of discussion, and inspiration.
